Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the Role

One of the most important and well-compensated government liaison roles in Dubai. The PRO is the official representative of the company at immigration offices, labour departments, embassies, and ministries. This is a high-trust, senior role that commands one of the strongest salaries in the non-managerial category.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process employment visas, visit visas, Emirates ID, work permits, and cancellations — covering all free zone and mainland visa procedures including Tawjeeh sessions and GDRFA requirements
• Represent the company at MOHRE, DCD, RTA, DMCC, JAFZA, SAIFZONE, DWC, Municipality, Police Stations, Embassies, and Airports
• Manage business trade license renewals, new company formations, free zone portal compliance, and deregistration
• Draft Power of Attorneys (POAs), Memoranda of Association (MOAs), and side agreements; manage local court registrations
• Schedule visa appointments for US, UK, Canada, Turkey, Singapore, and Schengen countries
• Handle petty cash, collect bank statements, audit files, and legal contracts from banks and authorities
• Support HR with medical insurance renewals, NOC letters, and residency permit best practices
• Keep the HR office updated on changes to UAE labour law, immigration regulations, and government processes

Requirements

• 8–10 years of UAE PRO experience (not general admin experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car — mandatory
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is a strong additional advantage
• Preferred: below 40 years of age
• High integrity, transparency, and result-oriented approach
